1. Acceptance

By registering, signing in or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for losses caused by failure to do so.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, lent or sold.
• You may cancel your account at any time in the app or by email. After cancellation, account data is handled under the Privacy Policy and cannot be recovered.

• Upload or publish unlawful, infringing, false, harassing or otherwise inappropriate content;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including reverse engineering, abusive scraping or attacks on our servers;
• Access other users' accounts or data without authorization;
• Use the Services for commercial purposes not permitted by these Terms.

If you breach these rules we may warn you, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

4. Intellectual property

• Software, interface design, text, graphics and marks provided by us in the Services are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.
• You retain ownership of content you upload or enter. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use it as necessary to provide the Services.

5. AI-generated content

Content generated by artificial-intelligence models within the Services is for reference only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your own judgment and for decisions based on such content. You may not use generated content for unlawful purposes or distribute it in a misleading manner.

6. Changes, interruption and termination

• We strive to keep the Services stable but are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, force majeure or third parties; we will restore service as soon as practicable.
• We may adjust, suspend or terminate all or part of the Services for business reasons, with prior notice on the website or in the app.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties of fitness or continuous availability. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you actually paid for the relevant Services.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring an action before the competent people's court at our place of domicile.
